Summary: Pin Text Alignment

Initial Comment:
One of the most painful parts of symbol creation is pin placement and text alignment currently.

Things that could make this a lot easier...

* A table editor for creating a set of pins with groupings, pin numbers, automatic pin sequence fills
* Rotations don't cause text alignment insanity. Rotating a pin today causes all the text around it to get totally screwed up. Perhaps a smarter rotate is needed when text is involved.
* Automatic pin sequence numbers unless I say otherwise. Why the hell do I need to fill in two numbers every time, no other eda program requires that.
