commit f8eba07aa7fad02c0462d2f9b46718f6398b800c
Author: Peter Clifton <pcjc2@xxxxxxxxx>

HID: Remove "dicer" flag from HID structure.
We don't pay any attention to this flag - always dicing the polygons
in our common_fill_pcb_polygon routine. HIDs which don't want diced
polygons implement their own hook for fill_pcb_polygon.
