Add "anti-copper" layers to the wish list.  Use them to cut slots in
polygons.  Also layers for extra mask and paste, antimask and
antipaste, etc.  We already know antisilk won't work.  IMHO these
should be easy to support in the drawing layers, it's just a matter of
hooking them into the GUI (medium-hard), supporting more layers
(hard), and saving the info in the file (easy).

/me was considering adding layer flags, tying them to the SL_* flags
in hid.h (and others), and adding an SL_ANTI qualifier.  We'd need to
be able to dynamically expand the number of working layers too,
although that's been on *my* list for a while.
