gEDA-user: cloning a board in geda/PCB

I have a PCB that I'd like to clone.  It's nothing special.  A lot of axial
caps, 40 resistors, some complicated mod-pot action,  8 dips, 2 txstors, and 4
diodes.

What's the best (fast, with solid results) way to do it?

Options:
--write a netlist by hand --> PCB
--draw it all in gschem and follow normal gschem --> PCB workflow
--"trace" pcb in PCB (can this be done?)
--others?
