Re: gEDA-user: UNIX commands to install GEDA

I am using Linux.  I tried to install Geda using the *.iso file I downloaded from the Geda installation webpage.   I read the instructions, but it did not give the detailed UNIX commands to enter to install guile.  Please tell me if anyone knows the UNIX commands to install guile.  thanks.

It depends on what kind of UNIX you have. So please tell us if you have Linux, or Solaris, or BSD... etc. If you have Linux tell us what distribution. Tell us how did you installed gEDA. From source, or from rpm/deb package?

BTW. You sould go to the download site of gEDA, and you have everything there. Guile sources as well, and howtos too.
