circles!  Maybe rounded-corner pads, with the radius equal to the

Yes, some of them look a little odd. But... the title says "Quick and Easy"....

In any case, I was only thinking of rounding the ends of my TQPF and SO type pads... essentially all the gull-wing style pads.
