gEDA-user: boards: three more usb-gpio pods

Finally got a chance to put some parts to boards.  Three more USB GPIO
pods (the board batch has ten sets of everything, plenty of stuffing
yet to do - I have parts for three full sets of modules too).  See
photo at the bottom here:

All three new boards worked perfectly the first time.  They used the
same schematics as the prototype, but are 2-layer instead of 4-layer
to save costs.  They're also a lot prettier ;-)
