Paste gerbers are created automatically.  I usually use a scripts that
reads the .pcb file, generates a new one with pad sizes adjusted, and
generate the paste stencils from that (paste apertures always match
the pad sizes).

For pick-n-place, do a BOM export.  It has an X-Y option.
