My recollection is that the assembly drawing is nominally scaled to 1:2 because there are two sides viewed on the same sheet. If you set the scaling to 2:1, that should produce an output at normal scale. Of course you can manually create two separate assembly drawings, one for each side using MergeDimPCB. h.
