gEDA-user: gEDA-lama-HOWTO?

Hello!

I have downloaded almost every gEDA's manual.pdf and have printed all.

These are those:
attributes.pdf  fileformats.pdf  gschem.pdf  	netattrib.pdf          
switcap.pdf	cascade.pdf      gnetlist.pdf   nc.pdf      
pads_backannotate.pdf  		 symbols.pdf	pcb.pdf

I try to figure out, how can I work with gEDA, but a can't understand 
the basic steps.

Is there some plain HOWTO for the gEDA?
I whish to know the basic steps to work with gEDA!
How can I plan circuit boards in gEDA?

Sorry if I'm boring you, but I must to go forth from somewhere!
