I like rounded since it is reality based when you are etching or ablating masks
that are small enough for the kerf of your blasting laser or etching undercut to matter.
That seems to be on the borderline of making a difference with 8 mil/8 mil width/clearance
rules, and is essential for FPGA packages with features half that size.
