gEDA-user: gpcb-menu.res

I noticed that recent PCB doesn't interpret my gpcb-menu.res file located in
~/.pcb.

Instead it writes the following line to the standard output/error:

@ï: No such file or directory

and the following line to the log window:

Note:  home directory is "/home/leva"
