	This is a known bug in 20021103 when the i18n support is enabled.  
The good news that this is fixed in CVS.  For a patch please see:

http://archives.seul.org/geda/dev/Nov-2002/msg00200.html

	Looks like a new release is needed soon.  So if anybody has anything
pending, let me know soon.
