My vendor here uses drills with multiples of 0,1mm from 0,3 to 2mm.
My componentes allways use a multiple of 4 mils as drill size, and I configure 
my Pcb file to the increase and decrease step of Alt+S and Alt+Shift+S to 4 
(and not to 5) so I allways become with a multiple of 4 in my drill chart.
