gEDA-user: pcb, before pours: auto-pan

While using the "before pours" branch of Peter Clifton, I find that auto 
pan could not be switched off with right-mouse-click like it used to. 
Auto pan does stop for the current action. But it is active again, next 
time I move something with the mouse. 

Is this a bug, or was it a deliberate change? If the latter, how would I 
disable auto-pan permanently?
