gEDA-user: pcb before pours: deactivate auto-pan

While using the "before pours" branch of Peter C., I noticed that I can't 
deactivate auto-pan like I used to. Right-mouse-click turns auto pan off 
for the current action only. With next move, uto-pan is active againn.

Is this a bug, or was it a deliberate change. If the latter, how do I 
deactivate auto-pan permanently?
