I am not sure if these are obligatory but for me it worked when I
assigned pinnumbers. I didn't bother to assign pinseq anyway, I think
that pinseq is for spice - please correct me if I am wrong.

Right, I also have S1/GND netlist not connected to global gnd. But I use
two GNDs, and 3 supply nets - and I am stuck with 5 netlists prefixed
with symbol name of the schematic. NEED HELP with this one too.
