gEDA-user: Repository for PCB packages

Hi Ales

PCB people are obviously unable to make some mechanism for uploading
user-drawn packages in a reasonable time. This prevents the users from
contributing to the PCB project.

Could you please add an extra directory or more extra directories on
your website to upload PCB packages and then publish the resulting
tarball, and relabel the upload function to "upload symbol or
footprint"?
