I suggest PCB to introduce lines with square ends. So that when someone takes a SMD footprint with square pads and breaks it into pieces, the information that the pads were square doesn't get lost. Otherwise it's annoying to turn manually all pads square again when one needs to change just a tiny detail in the footprint. CL<
