If you turn ortogonal moves and snap to pads on and you get near to pad
center, the cursor snaps to the pad and a line that has a small stub at
the end results.
I suggest in such case only the cursor to snap to the pad but the lines
to stay a single piece like it stays anywhere else if you deviate with
the cursor from the straight direction.
