gEDA-user: PCB fixed 0805_wave_solder footprint

The footprint was missing numbers so if you press 'd' you get nothing. I
got some shorted nets and it said the net should go to R20-1 so I went
to R20, pressed 'd' and expected numbers to appear. Nothing appeared.
So now I have to fix it manually.

I fixed the footprint. It is attached. Please replace it in PCB.

I suggest that all newlib footprints be scanned and the missing numbers
added using text editor
