Hello Gabriel,
because I'm new to pcb it would be great to have a look on a finished 
layout. I would greatly appreciate if you PM me your pcb.

BTW: Is there a formula to calculate the C/W-Value of a plane at a special 
position (top, middle, 4-layers, 6-layers...) and size in the pcb? I seen 
some recommendations regarding (cooling-)planesize from various vendors 
but unfortunaly not for the device I use.
