gEDA-user: Setting soldermask

Hello

How do I set soldermask size using commandline command?
I have about 20 elements with pads whose soldermask I need to set
from 4 mils between soldermask and pad edge to 20mils between soldermask
and pad edge.

I used to know it but didn't do it for some time and forgot. And the manual
still doesn't contain it. I tried ChangeClearSize(SelectedPads, 140, mil)
with soldermask display on
(pad thickness is 100mil), but it doesn't work.
