gEDA-user: Off-by-one display

Hello

I have a 79mil thick line whose upper edge is at vertical coordinate 943.50
(exactly) and a rectangle whose lower edge is at 943.50.

At some zoom levels a single-pixel row of background is displayed between
them. Mathematically, there is NOTHING between them.

Is PCB supposed to keep topology, i. e. for example not draw background where
from principle never is?

If yes, I am going to file a bug.
