Re: gEDA-user: spdt, spst



The pole is the switched output of the switch. Throw
indicates how many circuits can be made.

An SPST switch can make one circuit by switching the
pole to an input contact. An SPDT can make one of two
circuits by switching the pole to one of the two input
 contacts.
