It is against CVS HEAD.

When I say not finished.. I mean it "probably" doesn't crash, but it
leaks ElementData like a sieve. (Need to introduce a cleanup routine
when setting the next component to be previewed).

Also, there is a bit of renaming which could (optionally) be done, as
the code still uses the gEDA name "COMPSELECT" for the library widget.
