gEDA-user: TI 2808 symbol creation

This is my first design with gEDA, so I have a lot of symbol creation 
ahead of me.  I've done a couple of small symbols along the wiki 
guidelines (http://geda.seul.org/wiki/geda:scg), but my project includes 
a 100-pin TI '2808 DSP.  Does anyone know of a script which will 
automate the symbol drawing, pin labeling, etc., from a text file?  I 
found one for PCB footprints (http://www.dlharmon.com/geda/footgen.html) 
and also some ready-made footprints which should satisfy my needs, but 
no luck on a gSchem script.
