Pcb.layer-color-5:	#3000a0
Pcb.layer-color-6:	#3060c0
Pcb.layer-color-7:	#a00000
Pcb.layer-color-8:	#c06060
Pcb.layer-color-9:	#0000a0
Pcb.layer-color-10:	#6060c0

~/.pcb/settings: (supposed to be either gui, but gtk ignores these)

layer-color-1 = #b15810
layer-color-2 = #008000
(etc)

The .pcb/colors/Default is gtk only.
