gEDA-user: gEDA/gaf stable version 1.4.0-20080127 released!

Hi,

After almost five months of development, I am pleased to announce the next
major stable release of gEDA/gaf (v1.4.0)!  Many thanks to everybody
who worked on this release and the previous v1.3.x releases.
