gEDA-user: Package in millimeters PCB in mils

Dear all,

I have a package which is originaly designed in
milimeters (an lqfp 44, pitch 0.8mm) while PCB is
setup to use mils as my other components are.

Traces are not connecting to this milimeter designed
pads. How can i solve this ?

Of course i can change the grid to 1 mil but is this
realy necessary ?
