	One more update/change.  SEUL is no longer running an ircd on its
primary machine.  So, #geda hss moved to irc.oft.net.  You can find all
sorts of info on this irc network at: http://www.oftc.net/oftc/  

Note, irc.seul.org points to irc.oftc.net, so there shouldn't be any 
interruption in service.  If you cannot connect via irc.seul.org, please
try irc.oftc.net and if that doesn't work please contact oftc.
