Yes. Move the pointer over the object and press K or SHIFT-K. I prefer not to do this way. You can set it globaly at the sizes->adjust active sizez. I prefer setting the normal clearance at each component at the library, and setting the correct size at the mentioned routing styles. I prefer not to bother this by "hand". I've modified the routing styles at the Pcb file, and I made my own library parts. Now, everything is seems to be good. However, I have to update my library on my website.
