Printing is broken up into layers, both for gerber and postscript.
Just ignore the pages/files you don't want.

Not yet, but it's been asked for.  You can use the Ctrl-M to set a
mark, then you get the regular measurements *and* the mark-relative
ones.

Cut them into the buffer, then use

    :FreeRotateBuffer(45)

Then you can paste the new element back down.  Not all of pcb's
functionality works with angled pads, though.
