If you mean to change the pinout without moving the connector, no, no
easy way. The right way is to make a new footprint with the right
pinout (using perl, a text editor, pcb, whatever) and a different
name, and assign that footprint to your part.
You can, in theory, renumber pins on the fly, but that's the road to
ruin if the original footprint ever gets used again, and you forget
about the numbering change.
