Stuart,

Actually, it is shot full of holes.

I've not kept at it like I promised Ales, as I am ardently working on my
own wiki just at the moment.

There are several issues that need to be addressed in the User Guide,
and I would beg for assistance next week:
 1) The document started out using Ales' document.
 2) I converted to wiki format, as a test of the wiki.
 3) I added the placeholders for the new menu entries.
 4) I added some boilerplate from my wiki (at least the
    gEDA part).
 5) As I started to document the new menu entries, I
    found nomenclature inconsistencies between "symbol",
    "component", "part", "slot", etc. I started trying
    to fix these as I understood them at the time. This
    is where I messed up.
 6) After converting the "Symbol Creation Guide",
    "Master Attributes List", and "File Format Spec"
    I realized that all need to be updated at the same
    time.
 7) I really need to back out some of the changes I
    added.
 8) There are still some menu commands for which I could
    find no references, not even in geda-users or
    geda-dev. For these I will need help documenting.
    I'll post a list next week of "missing info", and
    some of you can help me fill in?

Thanks for reminding me that I have this task to perform in the next few
weeks.
I'll clean up the User Guide this weekend, and ask for review Monday or
Tuesday.
