Venturing a guess, but there is a bar where you can type coordinates
rather than clicking. Would be most handy for footprint design.

Another feature I just liked about QCad when I went back into it.. there
is no grid for clicking to select objects. I suspect that would be the
final addition to my PCB mouse-behaviour wish-list. (AKA: patch writing
TODO list).
