   I found the command line option. That solves the problem.  But the
   next problem is, how do I select a complete net to join with the
   polygon. The menu option  Select->Select by name doesn't work. Is
   there an other method??

     Note that if you've restricted line drawing to straight 90 degree
     lines, it may not be able to close the polygon.

     That's why.
     Select all the lines and do
     :ClrFlag(Selected,Join)
