It might be cool to specify a minimum current,  but then PCB would  
need to know the stack up.  but it would prevent problems like 1 oz  
outside and 1/2 oz inside and a internal trace being WAY too thin.   
using a PCB trace width calculation, and DRC erroring when it cannot  
handle the current.
