gEDA-user: funny gnetlist warning

Hi.

gnetlist just presented a warning about a new footprint. It seems to
suspect some comma error:

/-------------------------
$ gsch2pcb pd-hobbs.sch
gEDA/gnetlist version 1.5.2.20090328
(..snip..)
CONN1: need new file element for footprint PLUGCON_383_2PIN
(value=RIA_connect)
Warning: argument passing may have been confused by
         a comma in a component value:
         Check CONN1 PLUGCON_383_2PIN RIA_connect
         Maybe just use a space instead of a comma?
	Found: /home/kmk/geda/footprints/connector/PLUGCON_383_2PIN.fp
CONN1: added new file element for footprint PLUGCON_383_2PIN
(value=RIA_connect)
\-------------------------

What is (potentially) wrong with "PLUGCON_383_2PIN" as a footprint name?
I'd be happy to see some naming conventions in the docs.
