gEDA-user: creating not regular footprints

Hi,
It may not usual, but sometimes it is necessary to design special parts (for example in case of mechanical part necessary to fix by soldering). I attached a picture, but I'm not sure it is accepted by the mailing list system. 

Is there a way create footprint like this?
