Datasheet is very sketchy. The best I found is here:

Footprint is similar to the well known AMP/TelegÃrtner BNC connector.

The rectangular cutouts may need a little more attention. As a first,
simple approach I just put in large plated holes. If the connector really
needs the snap-in feature, the fab will have to route it. Currently, the
footprint format offers no way to render routes.
