gEDA-user: pcb footprint for 100-pin TQFP, with 0.65mm pitch?

Hello,

I need a 100-pin TQFP footprint with 0.65mm pitch:

100-Pin Thin Plastic Quad Flat pack (14 x 20 x 1.4 mm) (51-85050)

In datasheet

is the exact dimension of land pattern not given, and I was not able to
find it somewhere else. So my home made footprint will only be an
approximation.

Has someone the correct footprint or the exact pad dimensions?
