for the record, while we do not use the same resource file for the two 
GUI's, my goal with the gtk one was to be able to accept the lesstif 
resource file and have it just work.  I think I got there except for the 
mouse stuff.  So if someone were feeling motivated to hack on this, 
using the mouse stuff out of pcb-menu.res in gpcb-menu.res and a sample 
input would be a good idea.
