Hello,
I would like to used geda, gnetlist and ngspice for
the simulation of analog full-custom CMOS circuits.
As far as I see gnetlist only interprets the
value-attribute. I thus have to enter something like
'Model=NMOS W=3.2um L=0.8um AD=6E-12 AS=6E-12' as
value
attribute.
Is there no posibility to enter this into separate
attributes with the chance to have default values?
