gEDA-user: current gEDA documentation suggestion

I think the "current gEDA/gaf documentation" link is superfluous because
1) It's already on gEDA homepage in the Doc tab, so the fact that it's
gEDA documentation is obvious
2) Documentation that is not current is useless anyway, so we can assume
that the documentation is current.

I suggest the "current gEDA/gaf documentation" to be deleted and the
content of 
http://geda.seul.org/docs/current/index.html
be put to http://geda.seul.org/docs/index.html

FAQ is current gEDA/gaf documentation but isn't in the "current gEDA/gaf
documentation" folder, but is in the gEDA homepage's Doc tab - why?
