gEDA-user: Construction classes

It's difficult to set construction class in PCB. Therefore I suggest:
1) The user to be able to select between mils and millimeters
2) The user to be able to enter the values numerically, not only by
dragging an arrow.
3) Predefined construction classes 4-6 from
http://www.pragoboard.cz/english/index_english.htm
as 3 buttons labeled "construction class 4", "construction class 5",
"construction class 6". If one pressed any of the buttons, all the DRC
parameters would be set to appropriate values.
