gEDA-user: PCB+GL Reshuffle, and a WARNING to those with "pours"...

I've had a re-shuffle, so you should get the improved 3D stuff on the
"before_pours" branch now. My "local_..." branches should just be local
stuff now.
(The 3D stuff is also on "master", if you want the experimental "pours"
code.)
I'll _try_ to keep "local_customisation(_no_pours)" for "local" work -
although inevitably, that is always where I do my prototyping of new
code, since I still like my local customisations when testing PCB ;)
NOTE TO EVERYONE..
If you're using the "pours" code, DO NOT make any artwork exports with
it until you have updated to the latest version. The previous versions
left little lines around the outside of poured regions, which could
short things out.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE check your gerbers and / or postscript output like
a hawk if you are using these experimental branches for production work!
