Ohh it might work. PCB seems pretty forgiving with giving two pads the same pin number.

Try my attached.... I made it quick so check the pin locations carefully.

No.

At best, you could flash a pad or holeless pad over the existing pad,
but that's very limited and will probably confuse pcb anyway.
