gEDA-user: lines on silk remain turquoise

pcb bug: 
Lines drawn on silk keep the "found" flag after drawing action ended. 
Consequently, they stay drawn in turquoise. The only way to put them into 
normal state seems to be copy to buffer and paste back into place.
