gEDA-user: pcb do not like mm too much

Next minor pcb 20080202 bug:

If I select mm units in pcb and exit program by clicking on cross in
left upper corner of main window preferences file is written -- fine.
I start pcb (without file argument) again, and have mm units --fine. I
do some initial operations, i.e. change board size, and save layout with
name board.pcb. Now I start pcb from command line with "pcb board.pcb"
and have mil units -- not fine. I have to select a grid size with mm
units and save layout again to have mm units at next program start.
Related: In preferences Sizes menu, there is a text "mm grid units are
selected" -- it should not relate to grid here, so text should be
something like  mm units are selected".

Beside of these minor bugs pcb 20080202 seems to work fine.
